After doing a little research we narrowed it down to a couple of your operators. Taj Tours stood out because of their itinerary and most importantly, because of their responsiveness. Aditya was always available to answer all questions and was very flexible with the changes we needed. Whenever we had a question or comment, Aditya was always available and promptly responded. He was able to cater the tour to our specific needs. Being from the US, we had specific needs and Aditya was able to take care of them. We were very worried as we did not know what to expect. Communication and responsiveness was the key to keep us comfortable and allay our feeds. Aditya made sure of that.
Everything that he promised us transpired. We had an excellent car and an excellent driver. LaxmiKant was the best. He was polite, responsive, flexible, and very knowledgeable. Whatever we needed, he provided. He picked us up when he said he would, and did everything according to plan.
The hotels at each location were excellent and as promised. The guides in each location were very knowledgeable and informative. All in all, I have no complaints.

  Due to a lack of proper understanding with a US travel agent, I contacted Taj Tours India (Rosement Holidays' company) through the internet Aditya created a very nice itinerary keeping... read more my needs in mind (Delhi - Jaipur - Abhaneri - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra - Varanasi - Delhi) and he also gave me very good suggestions for my trip.

When it came to giving advance, Aditya's demand was 30 percent of the price of the entire journey, but it was a matter of little thought for me because sending money to someone so far away was a matter of little concern through an American citizen. But Aditya's company is a registered company, so I asked Aditya for a day's time without any thought, then Aditya gave me time without any hesitation, then the next day I called Aditya and asked for a 20% advance. It is amazing that one can be such a good businessman in today's time. Aditya replied without any question "You are my friend first, my client is later, you have chosen my company for your journey, this is a big deal for me." Hats off to you Aditya for these Golden words then go ahead with this plan.

During the whole journey, Gopal also managed everything very well like Guides, Drivers, and other extra services which I got at a very good price everything was included in my package at a good price.
